My GoutSense observations
Notice patterns.
Don't invent causes.
Use the records already saved in this browser to see what was recorded around your flares. These are observations, not proof that anything caused them.

Around your recorded flares
What was in the timeline nearby?
We look at context notes in the three days before each recorded flare. That can help you remember circumstances — it cannot identify a trigger.
Add flares and context notes in My GoutSense to build this view.
01
Look for repetition
One coincidence is weak evidence. A repeated pattern is more interesting, but still needs caution.
02
Record ordinary days too
If you only log alcohol, travel or dehydration when you flare, the record will be biased toward finding those things.
03
Do not change treatment from this
Use observations to improve the questions you ask, not to start, stop or alter prescribed treatment.
