Sleep and flares can overlap
People often notice flares around disrupted sleep, travel or stressful periods. Those circumstances can also involve dehydration, alcohol, illness or altered routines, so a timing association does not prove one cause.
What is useful to track?
If you suspect a repeat pattern, record sleep disruption alongside flares and other context rather than treating one bad night as an explanation.
